THE TRUE ABOUT YAGUZA.ORG :
In the 17.7.2007 I and my ex partners Tubi and Yui (his Thai wife) Shnaider had a big fight and I decide that I want to separate our business partnership. The reason that I wanted to separate our partnership was that I found them very hard to be trusted in many situations and I felt all the times that I've been tricked and get used by them in a smart cover of good acting and smooth talking. after I invited them for meeting to find a solution of how we can brake up our partnership in a nice way and to have a good agreement for both sides they told me that they need some time to think about a solution and they will let me know soon, so I agreed with that and we finish our meeting, at the same night at the 18.7.2007 they came to our office, change the lock on the doors, take all the documents of our company, all the computers with all of the files and then start to work on a way to kick me out from the company in a "legal" way and I almost couldn't do anything about it since in Thailand to open a business you must have a Thai partner that having at least 51% of the share holding of the company (which was Yui). In Thailand I was the weak part in this business (even though I was the Founder and the director of Yaguza) because I'm a foreigner and Thai person are much stronger then foreigners when it's comes to the law in Thailand.
they buy the domain "yaguza.org" on the same day of our meeting and open their site try to get all of the customers that I worked very hard to have to them selves, they kicked me out from our company only because they didn't want to give me anything from my shares of the company and wanted to keep everything (the company, the money in the bank, all the products and the customers). I never cheat or do anything bad to the company or to any one of our customers; I was always tried to give the best service as I can to all of our customers.
this company was everything for me and I gave everything to this company, I was the founder, owner and the director of this company even though they try to make it that I was only a "marketing manager" or any other name that they want to describe my position in the company which it's just another lie of them from many others.
I Never "Ran away" from Thailand, I keep visiting Thailand few times a year and I defiantly didn't steal their site (this site was on my name since day one and billing from my very own private credit card as well).
I decided to write this here only because of I don't want my new customers to get the wrong impression about me or my site from the things that they writing about me in their site (our old customers know the truth already).
