Q: Do you ship internationally (worldwide)?
A: Yes, Yaguza ships worldwide by Global Mail (DHL)!
 
Q: How long does it take from the day I place my order until I will receive my goods?
A: Your order will ship within 48 hours after payment. Delivery times range from 10-14 business days with online tracking available!
 
Q: What Payment Methods are accepted?
A: We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards.

Q: Do you have any minimum order?
A: At Yaguza you can buy one item or one hundred! There are no minimum orders required.
 
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: YES! We offer free worldwide shipping on orders $99 and above.
 
Q: Do you have a retail store I can visit?
A: Currently our products are only available online and with Yaguza distributors worldwide.
 
Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: We take pride in the quality of our items and can assure you will be satisfied with your order! However, if something isn’t right and you must return an item then we are here to help. You will be offered a replacement item or store credit. Requests must be brought to our attention within 7 days after goods receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Q: The item I want is out of stock – what now?
A: If you find a style you love that happens to be out of stock we have a perfect solution. On each item page you’ll find a tab marked “Wish List”. Choose your size preference, enter your email address and we will notify you the moment your item is back in stock.

Q: Does your clothing run true to size?
A: Since sizes differ from country to country, please see our convenient sizing chart to understand what your size is.

Q: Do you have any discount codes available?
