There is a flat rate shipping free of USD 9 on all orders. This applied whether you order one or more items. The price of the item as well as taxes and shipping rates will appear in your subtotal during the checkout process.
Yaguza offers international (worldwide) shipping through Global Mail (DHL). Delivery begins within 48 hours of purchase and takes 10-14 business days to arrive. Shipping to certain countries may take longer. All packages come with tracking numbers so you can check where your item is at any time.

Our items are going to make you feel like the king or queen or rockabilly fashion. We guarantee you’re going to love our high quality items. But if you feel something isn’t right about you’re order we’re here to help. Returns involve either a replacement item or a store credit with Yaguza.
• Return requests must be brought to our attention within 7 days of goods receipt.
• The cost of shipping is non-refundable unless we have shipped you an item in error.
• If you have used a free shipping code these returns will be subject to a reduction in the amount on the actual shipping cost.
• You may return swimwear so long as it does not show signs of wear and it has been worn accompanying undergarments

We are happy to assist you with any returns. To avoid any unnecessary hassle please read our qualifications for returning an item:
• You may not return items if they are not in their original packaging.
• If items show signs of wear.
• If items are damaged.
• If items are not in ‘like new’ condition.
• If items are listed under ‘sale’ or ‘final sale’ sections (unless the item received has been damaged).
If you are interested in doing an exchange please read our qualifications for doing an exchange on an item:
• Exchange requests must be brought to Yaguza’s attention within 7 days of goods receipt.
• Exchanges are allowed for size only.
• If you requested a size that goes out of stock by the time we ship it to you, you will be issued a refund or store credit dependent on the cost of the item.
• We can only offer you one exchange per order.
• Include a copy of your receipt along with your request for exchange or refund.
• When shipping back to Yaguza please ship with a tracking number. Yaguza is not responsible for lost packages.
• Soiled, worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted for either refund or exchange. Item can be returned to you at your cost for the shipping.
• The shipping cost is non-refundable unless we have shipped an item to you in error.
• All items must be in sell-able condition and be place in its original packaging.
• When exchanging an item, the customer pays for the shipping costs.
